General Refund Policy
GEDU offers refunds under the conditions described per product category. Digital products that have been accessed are generally non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted within the applicable window from the date of purchase.

Partial Refunds

How to cancel a recurring subscription
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access until then.

Pro-rated refund on cancellation
When you cancel mid-cycle, we issue a pro-rated refund for unused full months within the same billing period. Partial months are not refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.

Recurring charges & how to opt out
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly, yearly, or 3-year depending on the plan you selected) until cancelled. The renewal price equals the plan's then-current monthly price — we do not auto-inflate. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

We collect: account info (name, email), order info (product, price, payment method — last 4 digits only), usage data (what features you use, anonymised), and AI tutor conversation transcripts (used to improve the product unless you opt out). We do NOT collect: biometrics, financial account credentials, or data from third-party platforms you connect.
